At Essential Body Fitness, our small group and partner training combines the structure of personal training with the motivation and accountability of training alongside others. Whether you’re spouses, friends, or coworkers, this option allows you to share the experience while still receiving professional coaching and individualized attention.

Unlike large bootcamp-style classes, our small group training sessions are intentionally limited in size to ensure quality instruction and proper supervision. Many sessions are structured as partner training, allowing two individuals to train together under the guidance of a coach.
Each workout is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs and abilities of every participant. Even when training in a small group, programming remains structured, progressive, and focused on long-term results.
