Don't blame fat. Yes, it's true good fats like Avacado, olive oil, organic butter, omega-3 from fish are good fats. We have been miss guided for decades that fats are not good for you. Skim milk or low fat milk for example is not benefical for you. We have tried to avoid eating good fats but the results are not any better, people are still obese.
