Muscle Building or Hypertrophy Phase


The muscle building phase does not require high intensity interval training. Muscle building is effective when training intensely by lifting weights, utilizing power and maximizing strength. Muscle building also requires 20 minutes or less low intensity cardio after resistance training to utilize fat as the energy source. Muscle building also requires proper nutritional guidance, 4 to 5 days of optimal resistance training routine , and proper rest. I charge $70 per hour  for muscle building/hypertrophy phase. Depending on long term purchase of sessions I will offer discounts.


Requirements for Hypertrophy Phase

  • Fitness Assessment 

  • Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced

  • Any age group 18 to 65+

  • Medical History

  • Heart Rate Monitor (optional)

  • $70 per hour
