INTERVAL TRAINING 

 

High intensity interval training is very effective for losing body fat. High intensity interval training is not designed for non-athletic individuals. High intensity interval training is beneficial for 20 to 30 minutes at a time with an accurate heart rate, efficient workouts and proper nutritional guidance. I charge $45 to $50 per half hour for interval training.

Requirements for Interval Training

  • Fitness Assessment in person

  • Medical History

  • Intermediate to Advanced fitness level

  • Heart Rate monitor 

  • $45 to $50 per half hour
