Kim was 58 and had never worked out. When she first started her journey with me, she weighed 157 lbs, had a body fat percentage of 35% and 97 lbs of lean muscle mass. After two years of hard work, nutritional guidance, proper hormonal balance and resistance training, she has totally transformed her life.

Kim's weight is now at 138 lbs, with 24% body fat and 103 lbs of lean muscle mass. She continues to challenge the boundaries of fitness and motivates other people to join her in her wonderful journey of healthy living.
